Terms of Service

These terms explain who may use Project Lighthouse and the boundaries of its commerce and content tools.

1. The service

Project Lighthouse is an ERP and collaboration workspace provided to authorized business customers and their approved users. It brings together shop orders, customer-service tasks, content performance, creator information, production records and related analysis where relevant integrations and permissions are available. Some features depend on third-party platforms and may be unavailable, delayed or incomplete.

2. Who may use it

When email registration is enabled, a visitor may create an email-verified account on the ERP registration page and explore synthetic demo data. This registration alone does not grant access to any real customer's shop, order or team information. A business workspace owner must independently verify and admit a user before real customer data becomes available; that grant can be revoked. Users must keep credentials private, use only shops and accounts they are permitted to access and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may review a business enquiry before enabling access to a real workspace.

3. Connecting TikTok accounts

A marketing TikTok account may be connected only by its owner or someone authorized to act for that account. Each account is authorized individually through TikTok Login Kit. We request basic profile information, the account's public video list and video.upload for a user-confirmed transfer of a video the customer is authorized to use to the selected account's TikTok inbox as a draft, subject to TikTok approval and account authorization. This does not authorize automatic publication, Direct Post, account editing or private-video access. Shop data uses a separate TikTok Shop authorization and is not provided by these developer permissions.

4. Data and decisions

Users must respect platform rules, intellectual-property rights and their organization's policies when using content and data. Each customer must have authority to connect its shops and accounts. The ERP distinguishes platform-returned facts from analysis or suggestions. Metrics may reflect platform reporting windows, availability, refunds or later corrections and should be checked before material business decisions. AI-assisted observations are working guidance, not a guarantee of accuracy, sales or outcomes. Publishing content, responding to customers and other external actions require an authorized person’s deliberate decision.

5. Availability, security and changes

We work to protect the service and may restrict access to investigate misuse, security issues or legal requirements. We may update features or these terms as the platform evolves. Third-party services, including TikTok, operate under their own terms. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
