Operational view
The ERP brings authorized shop orders, service conversations, products, fulfillment status and sales analysis into working views with shop and market context.
A closer look at the information we connect, the people who can use it, and the boundary between observed platform data and team interpretation.
Authorized people from independent customer businesses can use the ERP through controlled identity and role access. The public website does not expose their operational records.

Shop performance and public content evidence are shown with their source and time window. Videos without verified account ownership are not silently assigned to one.
Scripts, production notes and finished assets are linked to work records where evidence exists. Analysis assists people; publishing remains a separate human decision.
One account. One separate authorization.
Each marketing account owner authorizes their own account through TikTok Login Kit and selects its shop in the ERP. The ERP uses the returned account identity and public video identifiers to match videos to their owner. For an upload, an employee selects a company-owned MP4, checks the destination account and explicitly sends one video to that account's TikTok inbox as a draft. The account holder reviews, edits and publishes inside TikTok. Production developer access is still under review; the website does not claim an approved public posting service.
user.info.basic, video.list and video.upload.Visitors can register with a verified email to enter a synthetic-data demo tenant. Demo access contains no real shop, customer or employee records and does not grant access to any business workspace. Access to real business data is separately reviewed and provisioned by that business's administrator; approved users can sign in with the identity options enabled for their workspace.
Each account grants its own TikTok permissions. Account owners can disconnect or revoke access; one account's authorization is not reused for another.
Users view returned public video data and source-labelled business metrics. Missing or unmatched data stays marked as unavailable rather than inferred.
Where TikTok has granted the required access, an authorized user initiates a single video transfer to the selected account's inbox. TikTok remains the place where the account holder publishes.
